Cement Dissolver
Back-Set turn hard set cement back into soft rinsable mud!Apply Back-Set with sprayer or soft brush (do not dilute or wet concrete prior to contact). Concrete will turn white upon contact, then grey. Allow to penetrate for 10-15 minutes. Re-apply and keep concrete wet with Back-Set until concrete begins to soften and pull away from cleaned surface. Rinse with water thoroughly, on extra thick build up repeat cleaning directions until build up is soft.-Back-Set is safe on glass, aluminium, rubber, chrome and sealed concrete products.

Stiff Joint
Stiff joint foam is a rigid, high-density PE foam joint filler for concrete construction joints. The additional rigidity of stiff joint helps the joint remain straight in wet concrete and is commonly used for footpath and walkway jointing. Stiff joint is resilient, rot proof, heat resistant and non-absorbent making it ideal for use in external applications.
Polyethylene Foam Expansion Joint - adhesive (stickyback)
- The product is used in expansion and isolation joints in concrete together with many other masonry structures. Is non-absorbent with excellent properties allowing it to be used in water retaining / excluding structures where chemicals and variances of water such as potable, salt, chlorine and sewerage water is abundant.

Bitumen Fibre Expansion Joint
Bitumen Fibre expansion joint is a compressible bitumen-impregnated joint filler used to seal movement in joints with concrete slabs and elements. The high bitumen content allows the board to adopt the shape of expansion joints, ensuring complete sealing.
The rigidity of Bitumen Impregnated Fibre Board enables it to withstand rough handling on site so it is not damaged during placing and compaction of concrete.
Bitumen Impregnated Fibre Boards are available in heights from 50mm to 200mm, thicknesses of 10mm and a standard length of 2.4m.

Concrete Field Gully Pits
Some situations do require the use of conventional pre-cast reinforced Concrete Pits, and the Everhard products still remain popular with designers and installation contractors because of their proven strength, reliable dimensional accuracy and flexibility – especially with the newly designed church door knock out ports.
These sections only need to be punched out with simple hand tools to allow pipes to be fitted and customise to the size needed. The joint is supported by a support collar poured around the outside of the pit, it can also be sealed with a suitable silicone based sealant material around the pipe inside of the pit.A number of pit sizes and risers are available for a variety of purposes. A range of galvanised steel grates and covers are also available to suit most domestic and light industrial or commercial site applications. Where pits are exposed to heavier traffic, cast-iron framed Class D covers or grates may be used

Road gully units
Everhard’s Road Gully units are ideal for situations where weight must be kept down, simplifying excavations and reducing depths. Frequently used in new installations as well as in maintenance and replacement situations. The steel reinforcing of the apron is perfectly adequate for major road use, as it simply acts to transmit any wheel loads through to the compacted sub-base layers.
Our Low-Profile Lintel is well suited to the mountable kerbs in many new development areas, as well as matching many older Catch-Pit styles. The Low-Profile Lintel can be used instead of the standard height Lintel, where the relevant authority permits.
To determine if the inlet drain is a “Left” or “Right” type, imagine yourself standing on the footpath above the drain apron looking towards the road. If the inlet pit is under your left side it is a “Left Hand” installation. If under your right side it is “Right Hand”. Drain inlet grates should be at the end of the apron furthest down the gradient. Where the drain is at the lowest point in a roadway – for example at the bottom of a hill – a “Centre” grate inlet or SAG type is normally selected.
A range of galvanised steel grates are available to meet the requirements of many local or traffic authorities. These must be cast into the concrete apron at the factory. Ribbed Square Ute Mesh
Ribbed Square Ute Mesh has been purposely designed to allow for easy and legal transportation via a Ute or other small truck (without overhang). It is ideally suited for smaller jobs or areas that have narrow access.Ute Mesh is a concrete steel reinforcing mesh, or Reo mesh as it is also known for general purpose concrete applications. Common uses include driveways, footpaths, precast panels and pavement. As a general guide, around 12 Bar Chairs are needed per standard sheet of Ute Mesh.
Galvanised Dowel bars

Reinforcing Fabric
Reinforcing Fabric is a woven polyester fabric designed to be used to reinforce waterproofing membranes at sheet joints and floor and wall junctions. The fabric has excellent strength and allows elongation of the membrane without delamination from the fabric.
Its open weave is easier to wet out and incorporate into the membrane than traditional reinforcing fabrics like fibreglass.
